Barry S. Ronner, Pyramid	48	pg. 57	Barry S. Ronner, P.P. and Representative of Pyramid Shriners, Stratford, Connecticut, and Member of the Colorado Corporation, proposes the following:
			Amend § 507.4(d)(1) of Article 7 of the bylaws of the Colorado Corporation by adding certain language so that such sub-section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 7
			Officers
			§ 507.4 Duties of Officers.
			(a) through (d) No change.
			(e) Secretary.  The Secretary has the following duties:
			(1) To arrange for the prompt taking, recordation and dissemination of complete and accurate minutes of all meetings of (i) members, (ii) directors, (iii) trustees, (iv) committees of the board of directors or board of trustees when exercising the power(s) of either the board of directors or the board of trustees, and (v) the Investment Committee. Minutes of the meetings of the members of this corporation shall be included with the proceedings of any other meetings with which they are jointly held, and distributed to all members. Minutes of meetings of directors shall be promptly distributed to all directors and trustees. Minutes of meetings of trustees shall be promptly distributed to all directors and trustees. Minutes of committee meetings required to be kept under this subsection shall be promptly distributed to all directors, all trustees and to all members of the applicable committees. Minutes of all meetings shall be made available to all Colorado members though a secure site at Shriners Village.
			(2) through (4) No change.
			(f) No change.
			Effect of amendment if passed: Minutes of the meetings of the members, directors, trustees, committees exercising the powers of the directors or trustees and the Investment Committee shall be made available to the members of the Colorado Corporation through a secure site at Shriners Village.
