			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Bahia Shriners has requested that its location be changed from 2300 Pembrook Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810-2469 to 3103 East Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, Florida 32703; and
			WHEREAS, it appears that Bahia Shriners has complied with §322.5 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation; and
			WHEREAS, it appears to Shriners International it would be in the best interest of the Order;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal to move Bahia Shriners from 2300 Pembrook Drive, Orlando, Florida 32810-2469 to 3103 East Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, Florida 32703 be approved, and that the charter of Bahia Shriners be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Bahia Shriners would relocate to 3103 East Semoran Boulevard, Apopka, Florida 32703, and their charter would be amended to reflect the change of location.
