Wayne E. Towne II, Ziyara	41	pgs. 42-43	Wayne E. Towne II, Potentate and Representative of Ziyara Shriners, Utica, New York, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Ziyara Shriners has requested that its location be changed from 251 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501 to 8209 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, New York 13492; and
			WHEREAS, it appears that Ziyara Shriners has complied with §322.5 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation; and
			WHEREAS, it appears to Shriners International it would be in the best interest of the Order;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal to move Ziyara Shriners from 251 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501 to 8209 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, New York 13492 be approved, and that the charter of Ziyara Shriners be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Ziyara Shriners would relocate to 8209 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, New York 13492, and their charter would be amended to reflect the change of location.
