Dr. Andrew Kuo, Salaam	40	pg. 42	Dr. Andrew Kuo, Potentate and Representative of Salaam Shriners, Fairfield, New Jersey, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Salaam Shriners has requested that its location be changed from 376 Hollywood Avenue, Suite #108, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004 to 114 Algonquin Parkway, Whippany, New Jersey 07981; and
			WHEREAS, it appears that Salaam Shriners has complied with §322.5 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation; and
			WHEREAS, it appears to Shriners International it would be in the best interest of the Order;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal to move Salaam Shriners from 376 Hollywood Avenue, Suite #108, Fairfield, New Jersey 07004 to 114 Algonquin Parkway, Whippany, New Jersey 07981 be approved, and that the charter of Salaam Shriners be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Salaam Shriners would relocate to 114 Algonquin Parkway, Whippany, New Jersey 07981, and their charter would be amended to reflect the change of location.
