Armand J. Duvio Jr., Jerusalem	39	pg. 42	Armand J. Duvio, Jr., Potentate and Representative of Jerusalem Shriners, Destrehan, Louisiana, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Jerusalem Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on February 8, 2017, considered and passed a Resolution requesting withdrawal from the Southeastern Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, the Southeastern Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution and approved the withdrawal;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Jerusalem Shriners to change the membership of the Southeastern Shrine Association by deleting therefrom Jerusalem Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Jerusalem Shriners would be permitted to withdraw from the Southeastern Shrine Association.
