Harry F. Hester Jr., Al Menah	38	pgs. 41-42	Harry F. Hester, Jr., Potentate and Representative of Al Menah Shriners, Nashville, Tennessee, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Al Menah Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on January 17, 2017, considered and passed a Resolution requesting to join the Dixie Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on February 21, 2017, the Dixie Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution and subsequently accepted and approved the request on March 1, 2017.
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Al Menah Shriners to change the membership of the Dixie Shrine Association by adding thereto Al Menah Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Al Menah Shriners would be permitted to join from the Dixie Shrine Association.
