Larry B. Parker, Al Bahr	37	pg. 41	Larry B. Parker, Potentate and Representative of Al Bahr Shriners, San Diego, California, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Al Bahr Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on January 13, 2017, considered and passed a Resolution requesting withdrawal from the Western Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on March 1, 2017, the Western Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Al Bahr Shriners to change the membership of the Western Shrine Association by deleting therefrom Al Bahr Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Al Bahr Shriners would be permitted to withdraw from the Western Shrine Association.
