W. Danny Huggins; Gary Lewis Jr., Yaarab	36	pg. 41	W. Danny Huggins, Potentate and Gary Lewis, Jr., Chief Rabban, both of whom are Representatives of Yaarab Shriners, Atlanta, Georgia, propose the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Yaarab Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on December 7, 2016, considered and passed a Resolution requesting withdrawal from the Dixie Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on January 25, 2017, the Dixie Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Yaarab Shriners to change the membership of the Dixie Shrine Association by deleting therefrom Yaarab Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Yaarab Shriners would be permitted to withdraw from the Dixie Shrine Association.
