W. Danny Huggins; Gary Lewis Jr., Yaarab	35	pgs. 40-41	W. Danny Huggins, Potentate and Gary Lewis, Jr., Chief Rabban, both of whom are Representatives of Yaarab Shriners, Atlanta, Georgia, propose the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Yaarab Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on December 10, 2015, considered and passed a Resolution requesting admission to the South Atlantic Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on March 19, 2016, the South Atlantic Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution, accepted and approved the request;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Yaarab Shriners to change the membership of the South Atlantic Shrine Association by adding thereto Yaarab Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Yaarab Shriners would be permitted to join the South Atlantic Shrine Association.
