William D. Sistrunk, Wahabi	34	pg. 40	William D. Sistrunk, Potentate and Representative of Wahabi Shriners, Jackson, Mississippi, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Wahabi Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on December 3, 2016, considered and passed a Resolution requesting withdrawal from the Southeastern Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on January 23, 2017, the Southeastern Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Wahabi Shriners to change the membership of the Southeastern Shrine Association by deleting therefrom Wahabi Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Wahabi Shriners would be permitted to withdraw from the Southeastern Shrine Association.
