Glen D. Jackson, Scimitar	33	pg. 40	Glen D. Jackson, Potentate and Representative of Scimitar Shriners, Little Rock, Arkansas, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Scimitar Shriners, Little Rock, Arkansas, has requested that its location be changed from #1 Scimitar Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 to 631 Riverfront Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114; and
			WHEREAS, it appears that Scimitar Shriners has complied with §322.5 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation; and
			WHEREAS, it appears to Shriners International it would be in the best interest of the Order;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal to move Scimitar Shriners from #1 Scimitar Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 to 631 Riverfront Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114 be approved, and that the charter of Scimitar Shriners be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Scimitar Shriners would relocate to 631 Riverfront Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114, and their charter would be amended to reflect the change of location.
