Brian K. Trammell, Alhambra	32	pg. 39	Brian K. Trammell, Potentate and Representative of Alhambra Shriners, Chattanooga, Tennessee, proposes the following:
			RESOLUTION
			WHEREAS, Alhambra Shriners, pursuant to §209.1(b) of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, at a stated meeting on March 7, 2016, considered and passed a Resolution requesting admission to the South Atlantic Shrine Association; and
			WHEREAS, on March 19, 2016, the South Atlantic Shrine Association was advised of the adoption of the Resolution, accepted it and approved the request;
			NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Shriners International pursuant to §209.1(a) of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation, approves the proposal of Alhambra Shriners to change the membership of the South Atlantic Shrine Association by adding thereto Alhambra Shriners and that the charter of such be accordingly amended.
			Effect of resolution if passed: Alhambra Shriners would be permitted to join the South Atlantic Shrine Association.
