			Amend §4102.1 of Article 102 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 102
			Brazil
			§ 4102.1 Hikmat Shriners
			Has exclusive jurisdiction in the states of Bahia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraiba, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Norte, Rondônia and Rio Grande do Sul in the country of Brazil.
			Effect of amendment if passed: Hikmat Shriners would gain exclusive jurisdiction in the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais.
