    Amend §4100.1 of Article 100 and §456.1 of Article 56 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such sections, as amended, will read as follows with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
    ARTICLE 100
    Philippines
    § 4100.1 Mabuhay Shriners
    Has:
     (a) [Has] Exclusive jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines, except for the island of Mindanao.
     (b) Concurrent jurisdiction with Aloha Shriners in Japan, South Korea, the Marianas Islands, the Marshal Islands, the Ryukyu Islands and South Vietnam.
    ARTICLE 56
    Hawaii
    § 456.1 Aloha Shriners
    Has:
     (a) [Has] Exclusive jurisdiction in the state of Hawaii and in all territory commonly known as the Pacific Rim as shown on the U.S. Hydrographic Charts as that territory south of 45˚ N, north of 25˚ S, west of 130˚ W and east of 110˚ E; excluding: Australia; the Republic of the Philippines; Indonesia; the country of Malaysia; the Kingdom of Thailand; the Republic of Singapore; and New Guinea; and including, but not limited to, the People’s Republic of China (other than the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong and Macau);[Japan,]and North [and South] Korea.
     (b) Concurrent jurisdiction with Mabuhay Shriners in Japan, South Korea, the Marianas Islands, the Marshal Islands, the Ryukyu Islands and South Vietnam.
    Effect of amendment if passed: Mabuhay Shriners would have concurrent jurisdiction with Aloha Shriners in Japan, South Korea, the Marianas Islands, the Marshal Islands, the Ryukyu Islands, and South Vietnam.
