			Amend §453.1 of Article 53 and §497.1 of Article 97 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such sections, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 53
			District of Columbia
			§ 453.1 Almas Shriners
			Has:
			(a) Exclusive jurisdiction in the District of Columbia; the countries of Argentina, Austria, Great Britain, Norway and Uruguay; the state of Santa Cruz in the country of Bolivia; and the states of Espirito Santo, São Paulo and the Federal District of Brasilia in the country of Brazil.
			(b) No change.
			(c) Concurrent jurisdiction with Abou Saad Shriners in the country of Peru.
			ARTICLE 97
			[Argentina,] Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela, and United States Virgin Islands
			§ 497.1 Abou Saad Shriners
			Has:
			(a) [Has] Exclusive jurisdiction in the countries of Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, [Peru,] and Venezuela; the United States Virgin Islands (except for the island of Saint Croix); the state of San Salvador in the country of El Salvador; [the city of Buenos Aires in the country of Argentina;] and the city of Asuncion in the country of Paraguay.
			(b) Concurrent jurisdiction with Almas Shriners in the country of Peru.
			Effect of amendment if passed: Almas Shriners would have exclusive jurisdiction in Argentina and concurrent jurisdiction with Abou Saad Shriners in Peru.
