			Amend § 336.2(b) of Article 36 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language and deleting certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 36
			Temple Units
			§ 336.2 Public Exhibitions and Civic Parades.
			(a) No change.
			(b) Civic Parades. In civic parades, and non-Shrine public appearances, Nobles, their ladies and children, and Masonic related and sponsored organizations, may participate, with the approval of the Potentate. Nobles and their ladies may also dress in clown costume and participate with the Clown unit of the temple but [O]only Nobles may perform, compete, ride vehicles with fewer than four wheels, or operate any vehicle of the temple units while parading.
			(c) through (f) No change.
			Effect of amendment if passed: In civic parades, and non-Shrine public appearances, with permission of the Potentate, Nobles and their ladies may also dress in clown costume and participate with the Clown unit of the temple but only Nobles may perform, compete, ride vehicles with fewer than four wheels, or operate any vehicle of the temple units while parading.
