Robert D. Kinsey Jr., Sesostris	24	pg. 35-36	Robert D. Kinsey Jr., Past Potentate and Emeritus Representative of Sesostris Shriners, Roca, Nebraska, proposes the following:
			Amend §334.2 (b) of Article 34 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 34
			Temple Business Affairs and Fiscal Regulations
			§ 334.2 Bonds and Insurance.
			(a) No change.
			(b) Insurance.
			(1) and (2) No change.
			(3) The temple must procure adequate and proper fire, casualty, [comprehensive] commercial public liability and motor vehicle insurance coverage. In all casualty and liability insurance policies written for the temple and its appendant bodies, the following shall be included as additional insureds, only with respect to the operations and activities covered under its policies: “Shriners International, an Iowa corporation, Shriners Hospitals for Children, a Colorado corporation, and all their affiliated corporations, entities, and associations."
			(4) No change.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The more appropriate insurance term to describe the required coverage would be used and include as additional insureds entities that may not be corporations.
