			Amend §329.4 of Article 29 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 29
			Dispensation and Charter for New Temple
			§ 329.4 Petition, Form and Procedure.
			(a) through (b) No change.
			(c) Void Date. The petition as filed must bear the date it was issued by the Imperial Recorder and will be void [after the passage of 24 months from that date] under the following circumstances, unless specifically extended by appropriate action of Shriners International:
			(1) 60 days prior to the third Imperial Session following the issuance date, or
			(2) The unsuccessful filings in accordance with (f), below.
			(d) through (h) No change.
			Effect of amendment if passed: Petitions for dispensation for temples would become void, unless specifically extended by appropriate action of Shriners International, 60 days prior to the third Imperial Session following the issuance or after the third unsuccessful filings.
