Jon A. Hanson, Zuhrah	12	pg. 29	Jon A. Hanson, P.P. and Emeritus Representative of Zuhrah Shriners, Minnetonka, Minnesota and Chairman of the Jurisprudence and Laws Committee proposes the following:
			Amend §322.5 of Article 22 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 22
			Temple Charter and Location
			§ 322.5 Change of location. A temple may change its location in the following manner:
			(a) through (e) No change.
			(f) Dispensations and Charters Committee [Shriners International]. If the Dispensations and Charters Committee [Shriners International] finds the move to be in the best interests of the Order, it may approve the proposal and [order] report to Shriners International of an amendment to the charter changing the location of the temple.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The Dispensations and Charters Committee may approve and report to Shriners International on the change of location of a temple.
