| Amend Article 11 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding a new section §211.8, which will read as follows, with the new language italicized: | |||||||

| § 211.8 International Development. Temples supporting international development may request reimbursement for the annual visitation to an international club under the following conditions: a) The location of the club is greater than 1500 miles from the address of record of the temple; b)The club has greater than 25 members in good standing; and c)The International Development Committee has approved the visit to the club. The maximum reimbursement shall not be greater than 50% of the temple’s visitation expense and shall not exceed $5000 total payment to any temple per year. | |||||||
| Effect of amendment if passed: Temples supporting international development can apply for reimbursement of a portion of the expenses related to the international development under limited conditions. | |||||||
