Jon A. Hanson, Zuhrah	10	pgs. 28-29	Jon A. Hanson, P.P. and Emeritus Representative of Zuhrah Shriners, Minnetonka, Minnesota and Chairman of the Jurisprudence and Laws Committee proposes the following:
			Amend §209.1 of Article 9 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding a new §209.1(g) so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 9
			Shrine Associations
			§ 209.1 Associations of Temples.
			(a) through (f) No change.
			(g) Dispensations and Charters Committee. If the Dispensations and Charters Committee finds a proposed change in the membership of an association of temples to be in the best interests of the Order, it may approve the proposal and report to Shriners International of the change in membership and the amendment of the charter of the association.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The Dispensations and Charters Committee will approve and report to Shriners International on the change of membership in an Association of Temples.
