			Amend §208.1 of Article 8 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 8
			Committees
			§ 208.1 Appointment. The members of all the committees of Shriners International shall be appointed by the Imperial Potentate. Standing committees shall consist of 7 Representatives or Past Potentates in good standing.Special committees may consist of as many Nobles as the Imperial Potentate deems advisable, and the chairman and at least two-thirds of the other members shall be Representatives.
			Effect of amendment if passed: An Imperial Potentate could appoint as members of Standing Committees Representatives or Past Potentates in good standing.
