Brad T. Koehn, Arab	8	pg. 28	Brad T. Koehn, P.P and Representative of Arab Shriners, Topeka, Kansas, and Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee proposes the following:
			Amend Section 206.5(e) of Article 6 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 6
			Officers
			§ 206.5 Duties. Imperial officers have the following duties and privileges:
			(a)  through (d) No change.
			(e)  Imperial Treasurer.
			(1)   through (5) No change.
			(6)   As soon as practicable after the end of each [calendar] fiscal year, he shall cause to be prepared from the records and books and shall submit to the board of directors:
			(i)  through (iii) No change.
			(7) through (10) No change.
			(f)  through (g) No change.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The duties of the Imperial Treasurer would coincide with the fiscal year of the corporation, which may or may not be on a calendar year.
