			Amend §205.2 of Article 5 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 5
			Mileage and Per Diem
			§ 205.2 Per Diem. Each Representative who attends an Imperial Session of Shriners International shall be paid per diem expenses in an amount equal to the room rate for double occupancy, including applicable taxes, at the headquarters hotel, [plus $20.00] for each day he attends the Imperial Session.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The Per Diem to Representatives of $20 per day would be eliminated.
