Robert O. Kuehn, Medinah	4	pg. 26	Robert O. Kuehn, P.P. and Emeritus Representative of Medinah Shriners, Addison, Illinois, and General Counsel of Shriners International, proposes the following:
			Amend § 204.4 of Article 4 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section, as amended, will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 4
			Sessions
			§ 204.4 Notice. Notice of each annual Imperial Session shall be given by mail to all Representatives at least 30 days prior to the Imperial Session. Notice of a special session shall be given by [air] first class or registered mail to all Representatives at least [7] 10 days prior to the session. Notice of a special session shall state the business to be transacted, and no other business shall be transacted at such special session.
			Effect of amendment if passed: Notice to Representatives of special sessions would be given by first class or registered mail at least 10 days before the session as required by the Iowa statute.
