Selsam, P.P. and Emeritus Representative of Aladdin Shriners, Grove City, Ohio, and Chairman of the Dispensations and Charters Committee and the designated Parliamentarian for the Imperial Session, propose the following:
			Amend §101.4 of Article 1 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 1
			General Provisions
			§ 101.4 Rules of Order. Unless otherwise provided by resolution or bylaws, parliamentary procedure shall be governed by the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The amendment will clarify which edition of Robert’s Rules of Order will govern.
