			Amend § 101.3 of Article 1 of the bylaws of the Iowa Corporation by adding certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized:
			ARTICLE 1
			General Provisions
			§ 101.3 Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases mean:
			(a)  through (i) No change.
			(h) “Revenues” means all fees, taxes, levies or other amounts payable to Shriners International is stated in United States dollars and shall be paid in United States dollars.
			(h) through (p) No change except for re-lettering.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The amendment will clarify that all amounts payable to Shriners International is stated in and payable in United States dollars.
