Kuehn, P.P. and Emeritus Representative of Medinah Shriners, Addison, Illinois, and General Counsel of Shriners International, proposes the following: Amend §2.1 of Article 2 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Iowa Corporation by adding and deleting certain language so that such section as amended will read as follows, with the new language italicized and the deleted language bracketed:
			ARTICLE 2
			Registered Agent, Registered Office and Principal Office
			§ 2.1 Registered Agent. The name of the registered agent is [the duly elected recorder of Za-Ga-Zig Shriners, Jerry A. Sellers, and his successors in such office] CT Corporation System. § 2.2 Registered Office. The street address of the registered office, which is also the address of the registered agent, is [1100 Shriners Parkway, in the city of Altoona, County of Polk, State of Iowa] 400 East Court Avenue, Suite 110, Des Moines, Iowa 50309.
			Effect of amendment if passed: The amendment would change the registered agent from the recorder of Za-Ga-Zig Shriners to CT Corporation System.
